A water <br /> demand of 4,000,000 �allons per month will be easily provided at either site. <br /> However, the criteria to be ut�l�zed for adequacy of available service is the <br /> required fire flow w?-ich is normally determined by the fire marshall during <br /> the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) review. A copy of our 1989 <br /> Water System Plan is enclosed to provide you with an idea of future <br /> expansion plans in the area. <br /> Se���er: An 8" service will be available at either site. A peak sewer dischzr�e rate of <br /> 235 Uallons per minute (per your 7/26/93 telephone message) can be <br /> accommodated at either site. However, this assumes that the balance of <br /> Sea�vay Center ultimately is developed with a sewer usage of 4,000 gallons <br /> per acre per day. This was the rate assumed during design of the Merrill <br /> Creek Parkway LID.
