The site, which measures approximately 1,100 feet east-west and 360 feEt nordrsouth� <br /> is presendy vacant and is moderately to heavily wooded. The Bround surface on tho eascern <br /> 1 portion of the site is gendy undulating with localized shallow depressions. We observed Ponded <br /> water in many of these depressions, probably the result of recent rainfalL 11►e gcound surface <br /> f on the western portion of the site slopes moderately to steeply downward towards the west. 'Ibis <br /> � portion of the site is designated as a 'native growth protection azea," and is not bein8 eo°siderad <br /> � for development. <br /> We obsecved no evidence of underground storage tanks or p�evious development on the <br /> site.
