23. Buildings with facades greacer than sixty (60) feet in leagth shall provide architectural <br /> modulation. Special landscaping veaunenc which creates a visual break in the building <br /> facade shall be required on all blank building facades which are in ezcess of forth (40) <br /> feet in length.
