We have not participated with the City of Everett in any study of the necessity of <br /> permanent fencing between acdve commercial areas, and naave growth protecaon <br /> easement areas,that is a condition of the Cintas project. <br /> We are unaware of any evidence that shows the fencing is necessary and although this is <br /> not on property owned by our interest, we still aze concerned about the precedent of <br /> unnecessary fencing being imposed upon the cemaining development in the Seaway azea. <br /> 10.
