5. This requirement is applicable only to Lot 2E and shall not be construed as a condipon i
of all other remaining lots in Seaway. I
6. No comment.
7. No comment.
8. Limited information is available for an accurate responsc to mitigation item#S. From
infortnation available it has been peliminarily detcrrnined by our engineers that the sewer
usage will l;e 17,000 gallons per acre, per day for the ten acre site, which is 4.25 times
greater than the design criteria of 4,000 gallons per acre, per day. It appears that with the
proposed equalizafion tank of 30,000 gallons installed, conditions could still occur where
the impact of sewer usage could exceed the capacity of theysum. c:sve engineering
smdies been undertalcen to determine the impact of the pl;mned usage on the existing
sew•ar line which would take into consideration? 1. The connecdon for the planned Cintas
system is close to the beginning of the existing sewer line. 2.Dces the impact of the
proposed Cintas use burden the whole sewer system and potentially restrict uses of the
system? What alternatives will be available either through the efforts of Cintas or the City
of Everett?
The sewer in question was constructed by the City of Everett under the tenns and
conditions of LID#726.
9. We have not participated with the City of Everett in any study of the necessity of
permanent fencing between acdve commercial areas, and naave growth protecaon
easement areas, that is a condition of the Cintas project.
We are unaware of any evidence that shows the fencing is necessary and although this is
not on property owned by our interest, we still aze concerned about the precedent of
unnecessary fencing being imposed upon the cemaining development in the Seaway azea.
10. No comment
11. Without any plans available from the Everett Transit and Public Works Departrnent, it
is difficult to comment on the requirement of item#11.
12. We have reviewed CIDA-415-94 Cintas landscape plan and endorse it
13. No comment
14. No comment.
15. No comment.
16. No comment.
