3 . Proposed Conditions
The proposed conditions can be broken down into three cat;gories.
1. East drainage basin.
 2. West drainage basin.
3. Building roof and footing drains.
The runoff generated by the eastem portion of the site will be collected, trcated and discharged into
the Merrill Creek Pazkway storm drainage system. The stormwater will be collected and conveyed
to a conuol structure. The control structure will regulate the 6-month, 24-hour flows through a
wetvault and compost stormwater filter and the higher flows will bypass the water quality system
and be discharged directly into the stormwater system.
The runoff generated by the westem nortion of the site will be collected, treated and dispersed by
a level spreader into the native growth protection azea. This stormwater will be collected and
conve, yed to a control structure. The contral structure will regula.:e the 2-yenr,24-liour flows through
an oiUwater separator and a vegetative swale and dischazge into a level spreader. The higher flows
will bypass the oiUwater separator and vegetative swnle and be discharged dimctly into the level
• spreader.
The runoff generated from the building roof top and the building footing drains does not need to be
trcated by the site's water quality system. The stormwater flows will be divided, with a smaller
portion going to the weatern basin and a lazger portion going into the eastem basin. The portion
going to the western basin will be discharged directly into the level spreader. The portion going to
the eastem basin will be discharged directly into the Merrill Creek Pazkway stormwater system.
A CN of 98 will be used to represent the impervious area on the site.
Smrm Drainage Repor I:IPROJEC71168l80011FIYDIREPORT.WPD
W&H Pacific, /nc.
