The developedowner may either perfomt the <br /> stenciiing, or give permission for volunteer groups to enter onto the property and perform the <br /> stenciling. <br /> 49. 7'he Washington State Clean Air Act requires the use of all known, available, and masonable means <br /> of controlling air pollution, including dusL Dust generated during construction activities can be <br /> controlled by weiting those dust sources such as areas of exposed soils, washing truck wheels <br /> before they leave th� site, and installing and maintaining gravel construction entrances. <br /> Construction vehicle track-out is also a major dust source. Any evidence of track-out can trigger <br /> violations and fines from the Department of Ecology or the Puget Sound Air Pollution Control <br /> Agency. <br /> 50. Permits are required from the Fire Department for removal and installation of underground fuel <br /> tanks. Additional infomiation as required under Item III of the underground tank instaflation <br /> standards must be provided to the Fire Department prior to the issuance of any permit to install <br /> tanks and the related dispensing equipment. <br /> 51.
