PUBLIC WORKS PERMIT COMMENTS <br />a. As per Public Works approved plan dated <br />5. Connect side sewer per City Standard #601. <br />�& Connect side sewer per City Standard #'s 601, 602, 604. <br />7. Connect ail rooftop downspouts to the side sewer. <br />8. Connect rooftop downspouts to the drainage system provided for this lot. <br />� 9�. Fiooftop runoff must be discharged to a roof downspout infiitration system per City of Everett <br />Storm Manual 3-2.6.2. Width 3' , Depth �, Length - �' . <br />10. The contractor must meet with the Public Works Inspector to discuss potential drainage <br />routing prior to beginning the project. <br />11. Install erosion control measures as determined by the Public Works irspector, such as silt <br />fence, straw bales, swales, or erosion blankets. <br />12. Install erosion control measures per City of Everett Standards for small parcels <br />13. Remove erosion control measures upon completion cf the project prior to final approvai of the <br />permit. <br />14. All excavated material from founda:ion, sidewalk and driveways shall be hauled to an <br />approved, permitted site. No wasting of material is allowed on this building lot. <br />15. Reinove and replace curb, gutter and sidewalk as per City of Everett Standard Plan tt's 305A <br />& 306 on this proposal's frontage as directed by the Public Works Inspector (i.e. ail unused <br />driveways and any broken or damaged area must be replaced). <br />16. Install a Type I concrete driveway per City of Everett Standard #307. <br />/ <br />17. ave driveway from the front property line out to the street paving. <br />18. Contact the Water District for connecting provisions for this building's <br />water and sewer services. <br />19. A catch basin as per City Standard Plan n402 with a gas trap per Standard Plan #410 is <br />required for the parking area. <br />20. If a sewer pump system is to be installed, the pressure line must discharge into a private <br />manhole, then gravity flow across the public right-of-way. <br />21.
