CITY OF EVERETT <br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the City of <br />Everett Board of Adjustment on the date indicated below for consideration of <br />the following: A request from George Carvell to rebuild and enlarge the <br />existing garage. The garage now sits 1' from the side property line. <br />General Location: 2518 Monroe Avenue <br />Zoning: R-2 <br />Variance Requested from E.M.C.: 19.16.050 (B) Sideyard setback requires 5' <br />Public Hearing: on July 1, 1985 at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council <br />Chambers, City Hall, 3002 Wetmore, Everett, WA 98201 <br />PURPOSE OF MEETING: To take public testimony.
