That the granting of such variance will not adversely affect the <br />Comprehensive General Plan. <br />Finding: The Comprehensive Plan shows this area as Single Family. <br />Conclusion: The Plan does not specifically talk about setbaoN <br />requirements for Single Family areas. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Adjustment of the City of Everett does <br />hereby order that the variance to enlarge and remodel a ga_age 1' from the <br />aide property line be GRANTED and further require the applicant to meet the <br />following conditions. <br />1.
