The <br />Intemational Building Code and thc Intcrnational Residential Code state that all pertnits expire if <br />the work authorized by the pennits is suspended or abandoned for a period of 180 days after the <br />work is commenced. This permit is well past its expiration date. <br />If work has bcen completed, you may request Final inspections. Final approvals must be <br />obtained by April 30, 2007. ARcr that date work under this permit will no longer be authorized, <br />and your pcmiit file will be sent to our Records Department for microfilming without final <br />approval. These records are available to prospective buyers and lending institutions. <br />If you wish to resumc work in the future, a new permit must be obtained.
