The Intemational Building Code and the Intemational <br />Residcntial Codc state that all permits expire if the work authorized by the permits is suspenJed <br />or abandoned for a period of 180 days atter the work is commenced. Work under this permit <br />will no longcr bc authorizcd unless you: <br />1) Demonstrate continuing progress by requcsting inspection of work that has occurrcd since <br />your last inspcction, or <br />2) Request final inspoctions of the work that is completed, or <br />3) Submit a writtcn requcst for a 180 day extension, detailing justifiable cause for extension. <br />Pleasc respond within 10 days. After that time your pemiit file will be scnt to our Records <br />Department for microfilming �vithout documentation of final approvaL These records are <br />available to prospective buycrs and Iending institutions.
