That portion of Government Lots 1 and 2 in the Northitest quarter of <br />Section 7, Township 28 North, Range 5 Bast, W.M., described as <br />follows: <br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 96, Beverly lulls Division <br />No. 5, according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 11 of Plats, <br />page 70, records of the Auditor of the County of Snohomish, State of <br />Washington; thence East along the South line of said plat 90 feet to <br />the point of beginning; thence continue East along the South line of <br />said plat to a point 1050 feet Bast of the West line of said Govern- <br />ment Lot 1; thence South to a point on the North line of Beverly <br />Nome Tracts Division No. 2, according to the plat thereof recorded in <br />Volume lU of Plats, page 2S, records of the Auditor of the County of <br />Snohomish, State of Washington; thence West along said North line <br />to its intersection with the.East line of property conveyed to <br />Kenneth L. Vowels and Mary A. Vowels, husband and wife, by Deed <br />dated June 10, 1963, recorded June 17, 1963 in Volume 817 of Deeds, <br />pages 719 and 720, under Auditor's File No. 1620b20; thence Northerly <br />to intersect the center line extended of 72nd Street as shown on the <br />plat of Caroleda Grove, according to the plat thereof recorded in <br />Volume 14 of Plats, page 45, records of the Auditor of the County of <br />Snohomish, State of Washington, at a point on said extended centz-r <br />line 970 feet Last of the -West line of Government Lot 2 in said <br />Section 7; thence Northerly to the point of beginning. <br />TOGETHER with a non-exclusive easement for ingress and egress and <br />utilities over, under, along and across the following described <br />property: <br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of tot 96; Beverly Hills Division <br />No. 5, according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 11 of Plats, <br />page 70, records of the Auditor of the County of Snohomish, State of <br />Washington; thence Last along the South line of said plat 90 feet; <br />thence South .4 feet on a line which if extended would intersect <br />the center line of 72nd Street extended as said 72nd Street is shown <br />on the plat of Caroleda Grove, according to the plat thereof recorded <br />in Volume 14 of Plats, page 45, records of the Auditor of the County <br />of Snohomish, State of Washington, at a point on said extended <br />center line 970 feet Last of the West line of Government Lot 2 in <br />Section 7, Township 28 North, Range 5 East,'W.M.; thence West parallel <br />with the South line of Beverly Hills Division No. 5 to intersect the <br />extended Bast line of Lot 96 in said plat; thence North on said <br />extended line 24 feet to the point of beginning. <br />Situate in the County of Snohomish, State of Washington. <br />
