� <br />� - <br />Puec. r wo�urs <br />April 27, 1992 <br />Mr. Kenneth Carlson <br />7918 Larimer Road <br />Everett, WA 98204 <br />RE: 6711 Morgan Road, Everett, Wa <br />Dear Mr. Carlson: <br />The City of Everett has recAived complairts concerning the rental unit you <br />own which is situated at 6711 Morgan Road, Everett. <br />The most recent complaint receiv,d was concerning the exterior premises and <br />the lack of maintenance, and overgrowth of vegetation. <br />The previous tenants of the house had complained and requested an inspection <br />of the interior of the house. The following is a partial list of violations <br />were noted during the inspection: <br />1. There is one room used as a bedroom which does not have a window for <br />emergency egress. <br />2. There is mildew in the south bedroom. <br />3. The floor in the bath is rotted, the faucet leaks, and there is an <br />open shaft in the ceiling. <br />4. The ceiling in the second bedroom is wet and falling. <br />5. There is moisture in the foundation crawl space. <br />6.
