HOUSING CODE INSPECTION REPORT <br />FROM: MARIAN DENT, CITY OF EVERETT, HOUSING INSPECTOR <br />DATE: NOVEMBER 3, 1994 <br />SUBJ: 6711 MORGAN RD., EVERETT, WA <br />At the request of the tenant, an inspectiou of this house was conducted. <br />The following is a list of some of the violations noted during the inspection. These <br />deficiencies may be sufficient to declare the house to be substandard pursuant to the <br />Uniform Huusing Code as adoptcd by the City of Everett: <br />� <br />� <br />3. <br />4. <br />,� <br />8. <br />9. <br />10. <br />11. <br />The how water tank is inaccc:ssible. <br />The old oil heater which is no longer being used needs to be closed off at <br />the floor where the sub-floor area �s presently exposed.. <br />The front and rear doors do not seal out exterior elements. <br />Bedroom windows shall be operable for emergency egress and shail open <br />without the use of special tools. <br />'I'he ceiling covering in one of the bedrooms is falling. <br />The floor is rotted in various areas of the house. <br />The shower walls are rotted and coming apart. <br />The faucet in the kitchen sink is broken and requires replacing. <br />'I'he crawl space under the house is wet. <br />i he foundation vents lack screen covers. <br />The roof is rotted and full of moss. <br />
