Work under this permit <br />will no longer bc authorized unless you: <br />1) Demonstratc continuing progress by rcquesting inspcction of work that has occurred since <br />your last inspection, or <br />2) Requcst final inspections of thc work that is completed, or <br />3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension, detailing justifiable cause for extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days.
