We protest the granting of this variance. We own <br />the praperty directly South of Lot 9. The City approved this shart <br />plat with Lot 9 being 11,931.87 square feet instead of the required <br />12,500 square feet. Now you are being as{:ed to grant a variance to <br />lessen the front and rear yard setbacks from 25 feet to 15 feet and <br />20 feet and increase the Gross Floor Arear Ration to .40 instead of <br />.30 allowed by code. <br />We request that this variance be denied and the applicant be <br />required to abide by the code for setbacks and building coverage. If <br />the variance is granted, it would 61ock the view from our �raperty <br />and allow buildings to be constructed without proper separ>tion and <br />too close to the street.
