We protest the granting of this variance, We own <br />the property directly South of Lot 9. The City approved this short <br />plat with Lot 9 being I1}911.87 square feet 3nstead of the required <br />12,500 square feet. Naw you are being asl;ed to grant a variance to <br />lessen the front and rear yard setbacl;s from 25 feet to 15 feet and <br />20 feet and increase the Gross Floor Arear Ration to .40 instead of <br />.30 allawed 6y code. <br />We request that this variance be denied and �he applicant be <br />required to abide by the code for setbacks and building coverage. If <br />the variance is granted, it would block the view from our property <br />and allow 6uildings to be constructed without proper sEparation and <br />too close to the street.
