N7-85. We protest the granting of this var3ance. We own <br />thQ property directly South of Lot 9. The City approved this short <br />plat with Lot 9 being I1r911.B7 square feet instead of the required <br />12,500 square feet. Now you are being asl;ed to grant a variance to <br />lessen the front and rear yard setbacl;s f�om 25 feet to 15 feet and <br />20 feet and increase the Gross Floar Ar•ear Ration to .40 instead of <br />.30 allowed by code. <br />We requ�st that this variance be denied and the applicant be <br />required to abid• by thQ code for setbacks and huilding caverage. If <br />the variance is granted, it would block the view from our property <br />and alloN huildings to be constructed without proper separation and <br />too c1osQ to the street.
