WASHINGTCN <br />98201 <br />Re: Building Permit Application for Lot 9 of Narbeck <br />Park. <br />Dear Mr. Roderick: <br />Review of your building permit application shows that <br />there is insufficient information to determine the maximum <br />allowable height for your residence. As of December 4, <br />1987, the maximum building height is measured from the <br />�average elevation of the existinq natural topography of <br />�the buildinq site rather than the finished grade. <br />Enclosed is an example and the procedure for determiriinq <br />the maximum buildinq height. Please show the nat�.ural <br />elevation points on the site plan according to the <br />enclosed instructions and return to either the building or <br />planning department.
