If oou wish to recomme�ce <br />work you may renew your permit at no cost for an additional 180 day period <br />by submitting a written request to this office. The renewal request must <br />reach us by May 31, 1989. If the wosk has been completed, you may call for <br />final inspection before D�ay 31st. Any corrections required must be <br />complete3 and final approval obtained before that date. Pesmi.ts that have <br />been neither finaled nor extended by May 31, 1989 will ex.pire.
