Height Limit - The proposed buildings sre located in an R-S zone� which <br />permits a maxim� building height of 25' as measured from the average <br />elevation at the foot of the building. It appears that the houses <br />proposed on lots 6 and 7 definitely exceed this requirement. The <br />Building Department has not yet made a determination on tha height of <br />the house proposed on lot 9. <br />2. <br />3 <br />S�tbacks - The ml.nim�n sideyard setback permitted in the R-S zone is 7 <br />1/2 feet. Lot 7 shows sideyard setbacks of 5 feet. <br />Tha Plat approval required that lots 8 and 9 share a common driveway. <br />Your proposed site plan shoxs lot 9 xic.h a separate driverray entrance. <br />Before the Building Department can review and approve your plans, you must <br />eithe� comply with all setback height and drivexay requirements� ur you musL <br />obtain carianees for these requirements.
