You plan to consUuct a single-family residence on the <br />site. The residence will have a dayligbt basement with and an attached garage. We understand that both <br />the daylight basement and the garab: will have slabs-on-grade. A deck will be constructed at both the <br />ground level and the upper level of the residence at the east side of the rcsidence. You plen to support the <br />residence on 4-inch diameter pin piles and place as much as 8 feet of fill material on the site as a part of <br />the planned site grading. <br />As David L. Nelson and Associates, Inc., we prepared a geotechnical evaluation for the site, dated ]une 1, <br />1987. Test pit e�:ploretions perfortned for that evaluation encountered as much as 11 feet of loose fill on <br />the site.
