Footing t=enches ranged 8om <br />apptoximuely 0.5 to 2 f:st in deptb,. Native siit �vas expwed in the bottom of the footing arrns, while <br />brown fill mazerial was �,bserved above ihe silt 9n some of the footing arcas. <br />We evalaated footuag sub�aeie soils using a 0.�-inch dia�neter stal probe x«1.
