It is suggested the variance would allow the applicant <br />to take advantage of the vie�v and ke p t-he house structure con- <br />sistent w.ith other residences in the area. However we trust that view considerations alone <br />may be insufficient. <br />In conclusion, my client, MR. JOHNSON desires only that the Board <br />of Adjustment carefully examine this issue prior to granting or <br />denying the request of MR. THOMYSON. Should MR.
