The ceiling is <br />burned through in the upstairs hall at ihe top oi the sialrs. <br />3. Property is so poorly n�int�ined as to be an attraciive nuiaance to children <br />a�d harbor for vagrants. <br />(a) Building has been vacant for nore ihan six months. <br />(b) Upper story windows are broken and�have not been closed to entry. <br />(c) Rear second story landing and lower porch are dilapidated. <br />4. The building i� unfit for hum�n habitation and rei�abilitation would be <br />prohibitive. <br />(a) Wirin� and plumbing need replacements. <br />(b) Windov:s� doors and frames must be replaccd. <br />(c) Extensive fire dama�e as no{ed ahove. <br />
