The proposed Crewall in the bascment has been highliglitcd and <br />�vill be built to your specifications using 2x4" constructio�i, 5/8" sheetrock, <br />treated plate and install a fireproof door. <br />The existing shared wall between thc front and back units has 2a4" <br />construction and 5/8" shcctrock on both sidcs of thc original siding of thc <br />house which was built in 1901. I�rom �vhat we have leamed, the duplex was <br />added in 1979. <br />The other change �ve ���ould likc to make is to com�ert the bonus room on the <br />main floor (tront unit) into a hedroom. At this time the windo�v in the room <br />does not meet cude.
