It appears the back unit has had some remodeiing done, and the front unit is currentiy <br />in the process of getting remodeled. <br />Gerry - I am unable to find where the conversion to the duplex wr3s ever approved. In the'S6 Polk the address is noted as <br />a boarding house, in the'77 it is listed as two units. I did find a Ir.tter in the property records dated Jan. 8, 1971 advising <br />the current owner to bring in plans if they are planning to add an apartment. <br />Due to our current staffing level, and workload I am referring this matter to each department respectively to make the initial <br />contact. Please copy me on any letters and refer to case #07-0882.
