m?suEe�t s -,2 <br />CITY OF EVERETT <br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the <br />City of Everett Board of Adjustment on the date indicated below for <br />consideration of a request for a variance from requirements of the <br />City Zoning Code as follows: <br />Applicant: Tim Vardy <br />2931 Nassau St. <br />Everett <br />Project Location: 2931 Nassau St. <br />Zoning: R-4, Multiple Family High Density Residential <br />Variance Requested: From E.M.C. 19.42.020, Fences, to allow a <br />48-inch high fence in the front yard instead of <br />the 42-inch height allowed by code and to allow <br />a 60-inch high fence in the north side yard <br />where the principal building on the adjoining <br />lot is closer than ten feet to the property <br />line instead of the 42-inch height allowed by <br />code. <br />Public Hearing: June 6, 1988 at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council <br />Chambers, City Hall, 3002 Wetmore, Everett, <br />WA 98201 <br />PURPOSE OF MEETING: To take public testimony.
