n <br />The Applicant shall obtain a Public Works permit for the <br />portion of the fence located on the public right of way. <br />The Applicant shall reduce the height of the fence adjacent <br />to the rear unit of the duplex to the north so that the top <br />of the chain link shall be one inch below the bottom of the <br />window sills on the south side of the rear unit of the <br />duplex. <br />The action of the Board of Adjustment in GRANTING a variance <br />shall be final and conclusive, unless within fifteen (15) days <br />from the date of issuance and signing of this order by the <br />Chairman of the Board, an aggrieved person or persons obtains a <br />writ of certiorari from the Superior Court of Washington for <br />Snohomish County four the purpose of r of the action taken. <br />DATED this /�� day�f , 1988 <br />rman, <br />Notes to Applicant: <br />1.
