o: Jim Langus
.
From: Marian Dent, Housing Inspector /' /
Date: January 16, 1984
Subject: Camper trailer parked at Wall and Nassau -
Approximately three weeks ago I was informed of a complaint you
had received concerning a man living in a camper on the property
situated on the northwest corner of Wall and Nassau. The com-
plaint focused on the occupant of the camper dumping human waste
on the premises.
I talked with Gary Hannadda of the Snohomish County Health
Department concerning this complaint. Gary indicated that he
had received a similar complaint about three months ago. He
made an inspection of the area and found where human waste had
been dumped. He was unable to make contact with the occupant
of the camper.
I made an inspection of the area after you received the complaint
and i found nothing. I have not seen the occupant of the camper
during my several trips out there during the past three weeks.
The camper being used as a residence on private property is illegal
in the City of Everett. The junk vehicle should also be removed
from the property.
I will proceed to write to the owner of the property and advise
Iim of the violation existing on his property.

N
