1 <br />Conclusion: The variance is necessary to preserve a property <br />right of the applicant poasessed by ormers of other property in the <br />vicinity and zone. <br />3. That the authorization of such variance will not be materially <br />detrimental to the public xelfare or injurious to property in the <br />vicinity or zone in which the property is located. <br />Findin : Other City Departments had no adverse comments regarding <br />I this variance request, hnWever, the Building Dept. commanted that the <br />Uniform Building Code does not allox windoWs eloser than five feet to <br />' the property line. <br />Conclusion: The variance will not be materially detrimental to <br />the publie welfare or injurious to other property in the vicinity or <br />i zone. <br />I <br />' 4. That the granting of such varianee will not adversely affect the <br />Comprehensive General Plan. <br />0 <br />Findings Tha Comprehensive Plan desig�ates this area as Multiple <br />Family, 25-50 dwelling units per acre. <br />Conclusion: The use is less intensive than alloxed by the <br />Comprehensive Plan and so xill not adversely affect it. <br />NOW, THEAEFOAE, the Board of Adjustment of the City of nverett does <br />hereby order that the variance to alloa one and one-half foot sitle yards <br />instead of the five foot required by code be GRANTED and further require the <br />applice...t to meet the folloxing conditions. <br />1. Obtain all necessary buiiding permlts. <br />2.
