If you wish to prevent the permit from ezpiring without <br />documentation of completion, you may: <br />1) Request an inspection of work that hu occurred, to document coqtinuing progreu, <br />or 2) Request final inspeccion if the work is completed, <br />or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br />Plrue respond within 10 days.
