The property is legally described as: Plat of Everett Div H, BLK 723 D-00 — Allowed Bldg No 1 for SC EXP Located on Lot 28 Less Bldg No 2 Located Acct No 4375-723-028-0100 An inspection of the dwelling unit in the basement of the principal building on the propeRy and exterior premises was conducted on August 5, 1999, and it was noted that conditions exist in the unit/on the premises that are in violation of the Housing Code/Dangerous Building Abatement Code, Zoning Code of the City of Everett, and Section 8.20.020 of the Everett Municipal Code. It has been determined that these deficiencies are considered a hazardous nuisance to the health, safety, and welf'are of the occupants. Therefore, the basement unit has been posted "Illegal to Occupy", and must be vacated no later than 8:00 a.m., August 9, 1999, and remain vacated until such a time as all city code requirements are met.
