The property is legally described as: <br />Plat of Everett Div H, BLK 723 D-00 — Allowed Bldg No 1 for SC EXP Located on Lot <br />28 Less Bldg No 2 Located Acct No 4375-723-028-0100 <br />An inspection of the dwelling unit in the basement of the principal building on the propeRy and <br />exterior premises was conducted on August 5, 1999, and it was noted that conditions exist in the <br />unit/on the premises that are in violation of the Housing Code/Dangerous Building Abatement <br />Code, Zoning Code of the City of Everett, and Section 8.20.020 of the Everett Municipal Code. <br />It has been determined that these deficiencies are considered a hazardous nuisance to the health, <br />safety, and welf'are of the occupants. Therefore, the basement unit has been posted "Illegal to <br />Occupy", and must be vacated no later than 8:00 a.m., August 9, 1999, and remain vacated until <br />such a time as all city code requirements are met. A copy of my inspection report is enclosed for <br />yo��* reference. <br />Your immediate attention is required in correcting these conditions. This office must be <br />provided with an acceptable plan of action to accomplish this within 10 (ten) days of your receipt <br />of this letter.
