The property is legally described as: <br />Plat of Everett Div H, BLK 723 D-00 — Allowed Bldg No i for SC EXP Located on Lot <br />28 Less Bldg No 2 Located Acet No 4375-723-028-0100 <br />An inspection of the basement unit in the principal building on this property was conducted on <br />August 5, 1999 and it was determined that it was being used as a dwelling. The basement unit <br />has since been vacated and posted "Illegal to Occupy". I have also received information that the <br />garage on this property is cuaently being used as a dwelling. <br />Although multiple units under some circumstances are allowed in the R-3 multiple family- <br />medium density zone, a review of the City of Everett zoning code indicates that there can only be <br />one residence on this 3,000 square foot lot. As such, the basement unit must revert back to <br />storage and accessory use only and the cook stove must be removed from the basement.
