u <br />WHEREAS, Principal has agreed to construct the following improvements in the City <br />CONSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALKS.ON <br />of Everett, State of Washington PROJECT, PER DRAWINGS :and <br />WHEREAS, Principal has agreed to construct the improvements at the following <br />location which is located in the City of Everett, County of Snohomish, State of Washington, <br />and is described as follows: 3131 Nassan St.Everett, Wa. 98201 ; and <br />WHEREAS, the City is requiring the Principal to provide a bond guaranteeing the <br />construction of said improvements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CONDITION OF THIS OBLIGATION IS SUCH, that if <br />the said Principal shall construct, or have constructed, on or before theJ5 day <br />of�a,_ ,20_a:�or at such earlier date when requested to do so by the City, the <br />improvements herein described in accordance with approved plans and in conformance with <br />City standard specifications, to the satisfaction of the City Engineer, and shall save the City <br />harmless from any loss, cost or damage by reason of its failure to complete said <br />improvements, then this obligation shall be null and void; otherwise to remain in full force <br />and effect. <br />In the event the City is required to institute litigation to obtain performance pursuant to <br />this bond, Principal and Surety agree to pay all reasonable attomc)'s fees and cost which <br />are incurred by the City. <br />SIGNED AND SEALED and DELIVERED thisBTHday of APRIL ,20 05 <br />2 <br />, Inc. <br />Trabeler )Casualty and Suret <br />ERIN L.
