RECOMMENDATIONS: It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department that issuance of a Negative Declaration be subject to the following: . i. A detailed drawing shall be submitted to the Public Works Department showing parking layout, landscaping, driveways, utilities, storm d:ainage, and all required.improvements to the public right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of these drawings is required before any permits are issued. Ail improvements shall be completed before the Occupancy Permit is issued. The fire marshall shall be consulted to determine the adequacy of the existing static water pressure in the area to meet fire flow demands. 6. Participation in the program to fund the north end sanitary sewer inter- ceptor is required. 'fhat fee is $1,053. • 7. Stormwater runoff shall be conveyed to the sewer main on Nassau with on-site detention, sediment removai %nd a gas trap provided. 8. Public Works Department approval of a temporary erosion control plan is required before commencing construction activities; Plan to also include quality, quantity and location of fill. 9.
