' <br />2. The site is currently vacant and cicared. A deep ra��ihe exists,to the west and sub- <br />stantial fill materials have been added to the site. Refuse and rubble are strewn <br />. over the steep eastern bank of the ravine. A single family residence and Providence <br />Hospital exist to the north:: Standard•street improvements do not•currently exist on the <br />north side of 3:�rd St. <br />3 <br />4 <br />Access is proposed via Nassau Ave. With a parking area to be located on the southern� <br />portion of the site. <br />Drainaqe shall be desiqned in conformance with'the City's drainage ordinance (�514-78). <br />5.
