-� <br />4EPORT <br />FROM: Marian Dent, City oi Everett Housing Inspector-�i� <br />DATE: November 4, 1992 <br />SUHJ: 3304 Nassau #4, �ib, and Stll <br />An inspection of the electrical system on each ofi the �bove <br />units was conducted today by myself and the Ci�y of Everett <br />Electrical Inspector, 7im Alaniz. <br />Through these inspections, it has been determined that the <br />wiring in the units has been added to by unqualified <br />individual(s). The work w�s done without first obtaining the <br />required electrical permits, and there were no inspections of <br />the work bei�g done. There are serious violations within the <br />wiring system, it is illegal, hazardous, and reported as <br />dangerous by the City of Everett Fire Dept. <br />It is imperative that the owner ofi the property obtain the <br />services of a State Licensed electrician to corre[t all <br />violations to the wiring system in all units of the building. <br />� • � . .:Pi'� <br />
