These comments <br />Jdress building issues only, addthona :visions or additions may be required by other departments <br />such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 1991 Uniform Building Code, as <br />amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code ;991, 2nd Edition, unless <br />stated otherwise. <br />I.
