Title 13 (streets and sidewalks) E.M.C. Title 16 (clearing, grubbing, grading, excavation) <br />❑ E.M.C. Title 14 (water) ❑ E.M.C. Title 19 (zoning, steep slopes) <br />❑ E.M.C. Title 14 (sanitary sewer) ❑ E.M.C. Title 20 (environmental) <br />❑ E.M.C. Title 14 (storm sewer) ❑ E.M.C. Title 46 (traffic) <br />❑ E.M.C. Title 16 (building & construction) ❑ Other <br />❑ Design and construction standards and specifications. <br />❑ Project specifications and special provisions <br />The following defects/violations have been noted;i/�ro��l'� <br />e�<-rPss <br />The following work shall be stopped until the above defects/violations are resolved to the satisfaction of <br />the Director of Public Works or his ignee- <br />- WARN 1 NG - <br />The failure to stop work or the resumption of work without permission of the Director of Public <br />Works or his designee, or the removal, mutilation, destruction or concealment of this order, or the <br />failure to take and/or complete any required corrective actions shall constitute a violation of <br />ordinance no. 894-82 (as it is or is hereafter amended) which is punishable by a maximum fine of <br />$500 and/or imprisonment for six months.
