Any grading/fill on this site shall Ue done so as to not impxt the surrounding properties. <br />�1. Lack of comment on the plans submitted �vith the applicatiun docs not constitute approval of <br />thesc plans. <br />�. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. Dust <br />suppression and street cicaning must occur as directed Uy �he PuUlic �Vorks [nspector. <br />6. All c�posed ground must Uc reseeded witl�in 30 days of the completion of constniction. Record dte documents "Agreement Concernine Dedaration of Covenants, Conditions and <br />Restrictions" and "Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions" prior to issuance <br />of building permits. <br />Subsection 37.040.D of die City of Lverett Zoning Code designates slopes of �30�'0 or greater as <br />an environmentally sensitive feature. Subsection 37.030.B reyuires a 2�-foot buffer from the top <br />o( tl�e slope. Portions of the slope and buffer have been preriously altered �vidi a retaining ���all <br />and patio. An existine timber pile wail located south�vest of the e�isting sinele family msidencc <br />that had a poten[ial of failure has been replaced �vith a new concrete ��•all.
