Hancock represented himself and made the following statements: <br />1. The neighbors to the South are in favor of the <br />easement. <br />2. There has been an easement written for the use of <br />the thirty (30) foot roadway but it has not been <br />signed by the property owners to the North. <br />3. The property owners to the North have the easement <br />in the hands of their attorney but it can be <br />released for signatures at any time. <br />After visually viewing the subject property and considering all the <br />facts it was moved by t4r. Hoagland, seconded by Mr. Eckstrom and <br />unanimously carried to qrant the applicant's request as it meets all <br />the requirements of the Short Plat Ordinance No. 517-78, Section 200, <br />Easement Access. <br />As a condition to the grantinq o#��,he variance it is subject to a <br />recorded easement which complies with the Short Plat Ordinance. This <br />must be accomplished before a building permit can be issued. <br />A hearing was held on the application of Richard Kenna, 1011 North� <br />Park Drive, Everett, Washington 98203, for a variance from Sect9.o� <br />19.14.050 of the Everett Municipal Code, Paragraph C, Rear Yard, for <br />permission to attach a carport to the rear of the existing residence <br />and be able to build to within ten (10) feet of the rear yard pro- <br />perty line rather ehan the code requirement of twenty (20) feet. <br />Legal Description: Lot 33, Plat of Harbor View Addition <br />Address: 1011 North Park Drive <br />Zoning: R-1, Sing7e Family Low Density Residence <br />Mr, Kenna re�,resented himself and stated he would be following the <br />existinq rooE lines. Also, his cars are in the open now and they <br />need cover. <br />There was no opposition from the audience. <br />After visual]y viewing the subject property and considering all the <br />facts it �as muved by Mr. Eckstrom, seconded by Mr. Hoagland and <br />unanimously carried to grant the applicant's request as it meets <br />all the requirements of Section 19.70.060 of the Everett Municipal <br />Code, Paraqraphs 1, 2, 3, and 4. <br />/ <br />A hearing was held on the application of Mr. and Mrs. Plarnock, <br />1601 Grand Aven�ie, Everett, S�ashington 98 O1, for a variance from <br />Section 19.16.030 of the Everett Municipal Code, Minimum Lot Size, <br />-2- <br />t�z <br />� <br />
