Ir is our understandina that Snohomish County has <br />issuad a etop work order on the aite due to the plaeement of largc <br />guantities of uncontrollcd fill to the north of the proposed <br />residence. The purpose of our site visit was co evaluate the <br />poceatial slope stability haza:ds of the fill and aatural slopes <br />and oEfer mitigating recommendation9_ <br />our findinge, opinioas and recommendations aze offered below. <br />FiNOiNGS <br />A visual reconnaiesance or the site indicatod laced tocthe�north <br />fill roughly 12 to zo feet in height had been p <br />of the pXopoeed residence. The fill extended to approxima[ely 5 <br />feet from the east and west sides of che exieting ridge and <br />approximately 30 feqt from the north end of the ridge.
