Mukilteo Blvd <br />Permits: C0104-015 (Building, Plumbing, Mechanical for Addition/Garage) <br />E0105-009 (Wire addition and gazage) <br />(You must reference both permit number and eddress when calling or writing) <br />According to our records there has been no request for inspection in the last 180 days. A copy of <br />the last Electrical inspection showing requested corrections is enclosed. The last inspection on <br />C0104-015 was drywall nailing on 11/21/02. The Uniform Building Code provides that all <br />permits expire by limitation if the work authoiized by the permit is suspended or abandoned at <br />any time aRer work is commenced for a period of 180 days. If you wish to prevent the permits <br />from expiring without documentation of completion, you may: <br />1) Request inspections of work that has occuned, to document continuing progress, <br />or 2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed, <br />or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br />Please provide the permit number when requesting inspections or extensions. Please respond <br />wid�in 10 days. After that time the file will be sent to our Records Department for microfilming <br />without final approval.
