If you wish to prevent the permiu from expiring without <br />documentadon of compledon, you may: <br />1) Request inspettions of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress, <br />or 2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed, <br />or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days. After that time the file will be sent to our Records Deparunent for <br />microfilming without final approval.
