Additional revisions or additions may be <br />required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br />(2009 International Building Code,) (2009 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br />State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2009 Edition, and adopted by the <br />City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br />corrections requested. <br />1. The code section referenced for the Alternate Breced Wall is actually the <br />requirement for the connection to the roof framing. Provide detail/section for <br />proposed Alternate Braced Wall panel in Seismic Design Category "D" and specify <br />the appropriate code sedion. <br />2. The Simpson LTT19 tension tie shown on the plans does not provide the 4200 <br />pound tie down as shown on the plans; please clarify. <br />3. The plans show a Simpson H2.5 2x1Z to wall plate connection" at two <br />locations. Please clarify the purpose and installation of these devices. <br />4. Please be aware that since the foundation is already poured, you will need to <br />specify how all hold-downs are attached to the foundation; show on plans. <br />5.
