The <br />International Building Code and the Intemational Residential Code state that all permits expire if <br />the work authorized by the permits is suspended or abandoned for a period of 180 days after the <br />work is commcnced. Work under this permit will no longer be authorized unless you: <br />I) Demonstrate continuing progress by requesting inspection of work that has occurred since <br />your last inspection, or <br />2) Requesl final inspcctions of the work that is completed, or <br />3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension, detailing justifiable cause for extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days. ARer that time your permit file will be sent to our Records <br />Department for microfilming without documentation of final approvaL These records aze <br />available to prospective buyers and lending institutions.
