Mr. Gill wishes to purchase and complete thetstructure for driveway ccess to the <br />Access to the parcel is by Mukilteo Blvd. Due to the site s topography, <br />residence can not be obtained within the confines of-private property without the cOnstruction <br />of a 20 - 30 foot high retaining wall. The applicant, Mr. Gili, is requesting use of City right-of- <br />way'as noted on the attached sketch. <br />The proposed use of R.O.W. is similar or identical to existing uses of City R.O.W• along Mukilteo <br />glvd. The potential widening of Mukilteo Blvd. within this area is unlikely due to topography and <br />existing accesses to homes. <br />REcor�M_nrtoN: <br />qpprove the use of City R.O•W• for a driveway at 1311 Mukilteo �lvd.
