Russell, 24r. Kristiansen and f4r. Berg <br />were present. h1r. Black was absent. <br />; Mr. Baird made the statem�nt that because of legal interpreta- <br />tion, the following items would not be heard this evening and <br />would be postponed for thirty days: <br />iItem IV - Greg t400re <br />Item VI - D�nard Custom fiomes <br />iter� VIII - Daniel and 24argaret Clay and the City of Everett <br />Item IX - Joe and Lovetta Armitage <br />A hearing was held on the apolication of Phillip D1cAlister, <br />5830 Cady Rd., Everett, �OA., 98203, for a variance from Section <br />19.16.050 Everett biunicipal Code, yard requirements, paragraoh <br />B, for permission to add to an existing c,arage and be able to <br />build to withi.n two (2) �eet of the side property line rather <br />than the code requirement of five (5) feet. <br />Legal Description: The North thirty (30) feet of Lot 39 and <br />all of Lot 40 Fairview Heights. <br />Address: 5830 Cady Road <br />Zoning: R-2 Single Family High Density Residence <br />b1r. bicAlister represented himself and had nothing further to add <br />to his application. <br />There was no opposition from the audience. <br />After visually viecaing the subjec;. property and considering the <br />facts, it was moved by tir. Russell, seconded by Dir. Kristiansen <br />and unanimously carried to grant the variance as it meets all the <br />requirements of Section 19.70.OG0 of the Everett-Diunicipal Code, <br />paragraphs 1, 2, 3 and 4. <br />A hearing was held on the application of Paul Elliot, 6832 122nd. <br />Ave. N.E., F:irkland, t0A 96033, for a variance from Section 19. <br />16.030, Everett Diunicipal Code, rlinimum Lot Size and Width for <br />permission to construct a duplex zoith a lot size of 7,200 sqaure <br />feet rather than the City rode reguirement of 7,500 square feet. <br />Legal Description: Lot 6, Block 5, Town of Lowe11 <br />Adress: 4917 Bigelo�v St. <br />Zonin9: R-2 Single Family lIiqh Density Residence <br />
