The approximate size trench is 3.5' wide, 2' deep and 25' long. See attachrnent for <br />more details. <br />The contractor must meet with the Public Works Inspector to discuss potential drainage routing prior to <br />beginning the project. <br />Install erosion controi measures as determined by the Public Works inspector, such as siit fence, straw <br />bates, swales, or erosion blankets. <br />Install erosion control measures per City of Everett Standards f�r small parcels <br />Remove erosion conlrol measures upon completion of the project prior tu final approval of the permit. <br />All excavated material from (oundation, sidewalk and driveways shall be hauled to an approved, <br />permitted sile. No wasting of material is ailowed on this building lot. <br />No dirt, mud, rocks or debris lo be tracked onto roadway. <br />No building materiais to be stacked on sidewalks and sidewalks to be kept clean and open for <br />pedestrian travel. <br />Adjust water meler box 1" above sidewalk grade. <br />Remove and replace curb, gutter and sidewalk as per Cily of Everelt S�andard Plan #'s 305A 8 306 on <br />this proposal's frontage as directed by the Public Works Inspector (i.e. all unused driveways and any <br />broken or damac�ed area must be replaced). <br />Install a Type I concrete driveway per City of Everell Standard #307. <br />Pave driveway from the front property line out to the slreet paving. <br />20.
